I think this is terrible

Look at what I found on my Cingular Wireless bill this month:

Customer Service Payment Processing Fee
Please be advised that payments processed by a Customer Service Professional will be subject
to a payment processing fee. Our Representatives will be happy to provide assistance on how
to make payments using one of our self-service options. These options can also be referenced
on the 'How To Pay' section on page 2 of your invoice.


Now, I pay all my bills using my bank's Internet banking so I don't have to worry about this, but I think this is just so terrible. You are basically telling your customers we don't have time to deal with you paying your bill with the assistance of our associates...if you bother them, we will charge you. All I can say is that is sooooo wrong.
